It has been towed around about 7000 miles, has not been smoked in, and no pets. The title states flood damage. There is no flood damage to the vehicle, and the RV is in excellent condition. RV trade appraisal gave it an 8. The RV has a Queen Bed, dual recliners in the rear living room. Also, a fireplace has been installed. The RV was served at Blaklely RV in Jackson, GA, Oct. 2010. The top was sealed and 3 new vent caps were replaced. The wheel bearings were repacked. The RV is winterized. New faucet in kitchen sink. The AC was serviced (total cost on service $3,000). The RV has hardwood floors. Has a slide out tray in the cargo bay. The generator has about 20 hours on it. New awnings were installed 2009 along with the dome sky lights.
